Our Services

At VianCare Sober Living, our services are designed to support every stage of the recovery journey—helping residents rebuild their lives with structure, dignity, and confidence. We focus on providing practical tools, emotional support, and long‑term stability so individuals can transition from treatment to independent living with a strong foundation. Each service we offer plays a vital role in promoting accountability, personal growth, and lasting sobriety.

Life Skills Development

Life skills development focuses on helping residents build the practical abilities needed to live independently and maintain long‑term sobriety. This includes learning how to manage daily routines, maintain a clean and safe living environment, and develop healthy habits that support recovery. Residents receive guidance in areas such as budgeting, meal planning, time management, communication, and conflict resolution. The goal is to strengthen confidence and self‑sufficiency so each individual can transition into stable, independent living with the tools needed to thrive.

2

Peer Support

Peer support provides residents with a community of individuals who understand the challenges of recovery because they have lived through similar experiences. Through group discussions, shared activities, and one‑on‑one encouragement, residents build meaningful connections that reduce isolation and promote accountability. Peer support helps individuals stay motivated, celebrate progress, and navigate setbacks in a safe, judgment‑free environment. This sense of belonging is a powerful part of long‑term recovery.

3

Employment Assistance

Employment assistance helps residents prepare for and secure meaningful work as they rebuild their lives. Support may include résumé development, job‑search coaching, interview preparation, and help identifying job opportunities that match each resident’s skills and goals. Staff may also assist with obtaining necessary documents, exploring training programs, and connecting with community employment resources. By strengthening job readiness and workplace confidence, residents gain the stability and purpose that employment brings to recovery.

4

Drug and Alcohol Testing

Drug and alcohol testing is provided to ensure a safe, sober, and accountable living environment for all residents. Testing may be conducted randomly or as needed, using reliable screening methods to monitor sobriety. This structure helps residents stay committed to their recovery goals and provides reassurance to families, treatment providers, and the community. Consistent testing also reinforces personal responsibility and supports a culture of honesty and trust within the home.

5

Aftercare Resources

Aftercare resources help residents maintain their recovery after leaving the sober living program. These supports may include referrals to outpatient treatment, counseling, support groups, community programs, and wellness services. Residents may also receive guidance on housing, employment, and continued life‑skills development. Aftercare planning ensures that each individual has a clear, personalized path forward, reducing the risk of relapse and promoting long‑term stability and success.
